Although I recently traveled to Mexico for a week (I love the beach), I still feel like I need to get cozy when the cold weather arrives. This includes me watching Netflix on the couch with my (many) fuzzy blankets and... cooking. That’s right, here is the part of my blog where you learn more about my Italian-American heritage...
Just kidding, there isn’t much to explain, other than the fact that my family cares A LOT about food. There are many warm feelings that arrive with every chop, stir and measurement. Let’s not forget, the tastes. Every time I make spaghetti and meatballs or chicken cutlets, I think back to cooking with my grandma who was always the life of the kitchen (and any party).
