Much Ado About The Soulfull Project

Much Ado About The Soulfull Project

Earlier this year, I started working with a startup, The Soulfull Project. Working for a PBC and volunteering with some of the 200 Food Banks has been rewarding to say the least. Soulfull is a new hot cereal that gives a serving for every serving purchased. A buy one, give one is one of the most simple and understated ways to give back to a someone who needs it.

Not only do I feel good working with a company who helps give back to those in need, I’m always finding new ways to incorporate the grains into my daily grind. Soulfull sells hot cereal, but I always say, it’s way more than just oatmeal. It’s more than just oatmeal because you’re helping another get a meal, and it’s also blended with grains such as quinoa, chia seeds and flax which is more (ful)filling!

I used their crumble recipe to top off my family’s apple pie recipe and it was a great way to spruce up the pie. It’s not only pleasing to my family, it’ll help someone in need. Whether you’re creating new traditions or adapting your own, give a little extra during the holidays.

For more on their story of how Soulfull came to be, check out the site and donations page! This season is all about giving, but this everyday purchase is a way to give back on the reg.
